3.2 Million Viewers of the American Music Awards watched exclusive live coverage of the pre-show and red carpet event, switched entirely on a Broadcast Pix Slate 1000. It was the ultimate test of version 7.3, and the Slate 1000 ran without a single problem for 32 hours. Because of Fluent Macros and Watch-Folders, one Slate 1000 replaced the 40 foot production truck used for the 2008 production.
